Payment & Refund Policies

Our Membership Policies:
Payments: Membership will commence on the date your membership fee is made. All memberships are subscription based & recurring. You are responsible for making sure payment methods are current & updated in your account.

IMPORTANT: If our system is unable to collect payment due to any issues (e.g. credit card expiration, card cancellation, etc.), it will retry 4 times for up to 3 weeks. If you do not rectify payment issues within this amount of time, your subscription (and membership) will be cancelled. If you update payment information after your subscription is cancelled, you will still be charged any unpaid balances.

Refunds: If you decide to cancel your membership, you may do so in your account at any time.
